Cup some water in your hands (or use a glass) , stick your nose in and blow bubbles. That will rinse the inside of your nose.What I do is clean it once in the morning and once at night after I shower. Taking a shower helps loosen up any crusties or dried blood. You only need to clean it twice a day, 3 times can be a bit overkill since overcleaning piercings will irritate it and slow down the healing process because even though it gets rid of bad bacteria, good bacteria helping the piercing heal gets cleaned away.
I liked Boston Tattoo Company when I went for my daith piercing; would recommend them for sure. As for pros/cons, I can only speak to the daith, but the healing time is fairly long for cartilage piercings like that because it doesn't get a ton of blood flow.
